  I know Brian played C league goalie this past winter as a sub and other seasons before that. Way too young to pass on with such a young family. Thoughts and prayers for his family.
  Brian Arthur Wormus, beloved father, son, husband, brother and friend, died from a sudden bacterial infection, June 14, 2010.
  Brian was born September 18, 1980 to parents Ron and Susan Wormus along side twin brother David and older brother Tim. He graduated from Poudre High School in 1999 and went on to earn a bachelor's in Economics from the University of Maine in 2005 while working full time to support his family. Brian's family was central to his life. He and wife Katharine Griffin married in 2000 and raised their two sons-Braden, 11 and Evan, 4 - in Maine and Colorado. Above all Brian was a dedicated and heartfelt father to his boys, with whom he shared his love of hockey, rock climbing, fishing, biking, snowboarding, and camping. Brian was also an avid vocalist, performing in High School musicals, and the a cappella group Out of Style. Brian was known to all for his compassion and generous spirit-a true light to everyone in his life.
  There will be a memorial service at 10 a.m., Saturday June 19, 2010 at First Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Educational Trust for the Children of Brian Wormus at Home State Bank or via Vessey Funeral Service.
